In this good-to-go section, the boards you see are completed and waiting for a new home! There's no wait while they are made, finished, and dried. You will get the actual board you see in the picture. Just place your order and in most states, in two to three days your board will arrive by USPS Priority Mail. Orders placed early in the day may get to go out the same day. The rest will usually go out the next working day. Please read the description and check the photo carefully - some of these are experimental or with slightly different features than our regular boards.
I love the steampunk genre, with its Victorian optimism, and this is my homage to the genre.
This sycamore board has clockwork gears and wheels set into the board and protected with a flood of clear epoxy. This two-track board comes as standard with eight metal pegs, four each of black and brass. The pegs live inside a pocket in the back of the board, held securely by a sliding brass plate. The top four edges have a generous chamfer adding to the style of the board. After sanding smooth, this board has been brushed with shellac.
