This maple board comes complete with nine metal pegs that are stored in a pocket in the back, secured by a sliding brass plate. The top four edges have a generous chamfer adding to the style of the board. After sanding smooth, this board has been hand-rubbed with Danish Oil, a mixture of oils and varnish, then brushed with shellac.
